The refund does not apply if the product in the following cases:

If another product was sent by mistake we will send you a shipping label to return the product and send you the one that you requested without charge as long as it is in inventory. Otherwise, you can use the amount to buy a different product or receive a refund at you request. The process of the reimbursement takes from 5 to 15 business days.
